EASY ASSEMBLY at interzum 2017

The assembly of our products is one of the topics we adress at our Blum booth at interzum in Cologne this year. In the service area of our booth we provide an overview of our support along the entire production process – from planning and ordering to manufacturing and installation.

We present our EASY ASSEMBLY app to you and demonstrate the newest functions for the proper installment of our products. We are also proud to officially show you one of the most striking developments of our app at interzum: Blum LIVE SUPPORT. With this new function you can get in contact with our technical support directly via the app to chat in real time. If you want to, our employee can even give you a video call and you can show your assembly issue directly from the construction site.
We are going to test this LIVE SUPPORT function in Austria, Germany and UK soon. Of course we will blog about this here again – but for now we do not want to tell too much – come visit us personally at our Blum booth at interzum (Hall 7.1, Stand A020/C021) and get more information!
